Dov Zakheim. Not many Americans know who he is, but they ignore him at their own peril. If for no other reason, a dual Israeli-American citizen as Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer of the United States Dept. of Defense should raise some eyebrows. He was also President Bush's senior foreign policy advisor during the 2000 campaign.

He was (is?) Corporate VP¹ at System Planning Corporation, a major player in the "Homeland Security" industry. One of the products that SysPlan sells is the Command Transmitter System, a remote control system for planes, boats, missiles and other vehicles² . It's highly customable and configurable to interface with an almost limitless number of vehicle types.

The CIA has recently released the ‘family jewels’ that detail a great number of operations in which the company offended societal norms or actually violated laws. Even then, it appears to be a mere gloss on their illegal actions.

Credit must be given to Steve Kangas for distributing a chronology of CIA foreign covert operations, based upon William Blum’s book KILLING HOPE, that interfered with or overthrew many governments. The list is available on numerous websites by using CIA ATROCITIES in a search engine. His epic work documenting the death of 100’s of thousands from CIA “covert” actions shall not be duplicated. It is impossible to read any article on the CIA that does not contain details of actions which are not acceptable with sociological standards. They routinely describe procedures to deceive Congress, to overthrow established governments, to engage in theft and murder without end, and to conceal their nefarious acts behind national security. This was two decades ago. The early 1980s. I wore sandals, uncombed hair down to my cheap collar and carried a busted ring-binder filled with honest calculations and sincere analysis. It was Economic Hit Man Perkins vs. Economic Long-Hair Palast. I didn’t stand a chance. The EHM was about to put a political bullet hole through me wider than a silver dollar.

Hit Men have “clients.” Perkins’ was a giant power company, Public Service of New Hampshire. PSNH was trying to sell New England lobstermen and potato farmers on the idea that they desperately needed a multi-billion dollar nuclear plant. The fact that this bloated atomic water kettle, called “Seabrook,” would produce enough electricity for everyone in the Granite State to smelt iron didn’t matter. That the beast could add a surcharge to electric bills equal to home mortgages was simply smiled over by Perkins and his team of economic con artists.

How many Americans have "suspected ties to terrorist groups" and thus deserve "eavesdropping" as deemed appropriate by the Bushcons? It depends how you define "terrorist group." In Bushzarro world, "insider threats" emanate from the American populace, not al-CIA-duh terrorists, or rather a small number of Americans who are vocally opposed to the Iraq invasion and occupation. As we now know, the Pentagon is in the business of collating "raw, unverified information picked up by the military services on suspicious activities that could involve terrorist threats," called "Talon reports," according to Walter Pincus of the Washington Post. "The Pentagon acknowledged last week that the Talon database contained reports on peaceful civilian protests and demonstrations that should have been purged long ago under Defense Department regulations." In short, to protest against the "war" is to engage in terrorism and we know what the Bushcons do to people who are considered terrorists.

Encyclopaedia Britannica explains that the foundation of the Internet was "inspired by advances in science and technology that occurred as a result of World War II; the NSF was established by the U. S. Congress in the National Science Foundation Act of 1950." What the NSF is, in other words, is one of a blizzard of intelligence fronts that were set up in the immediate aftermath of the forming of the CIA itself in 1947.

Of course, just because the beloved internet was begun as an intelligence entity and is still administered by a government agency doesn't mean that it still functions as an intelligence tool. It is worth noting, however, that the company that was primarily responsible for repackaging the internet into a civilian entity, America Online, is perhaps the most thinly veiled intelligence front ever conceived.

This can be easily verified by a visit to AOL's corporate website, where visitors learn - among other things - that the company is headquartered in Dulles, Virginia.

Al Qaeda is not and never has been a "terrorist organization."

"Al-Masri was part of the group of Egyptian Jihadists that assassinated President Anwar Sadat in 1981."

Madsen also notes the fact that it is well-known that US funding for the Afghan mujaheddin, who were fighting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, spawned both Al Qaeda and the Taliban, as reported by BBC Teheran correspondent Frances Harrison.

The London Bombing of 7/7/05 is evidently a set-up to implicate Iran as the patsy in order for the Neo-Cons to make the case for a new war on Iran.

Madsen reports that "if it is discovered that RDX/C4 was used in the bombing, the Neo Cons will point to allegations that Iran possesses a disproportionate amount of RDX/C4. The Neo Con spin machine will then rapidly switch from Al Qaeda to Iran" in order to drum up public support for a War on Iran.

The Pentagon/ CIA/ MI6/ Mossad PsyOps (Psychological Operations) against the inhabitants of Planet Earth continues.

The Baltic ferry Estonia had 989 people on board when it set sail from the Estonian capital, Tallinn, bound for Stockholm on the evening of 27 September 1994. In the early hours the next day, seaman Silva Linde, standing near the bow door of the car deck on routine watch, was struggling to keep his feet in the stormy seas. Then he heard a loud bang, which seemed to come from the port side. He reported the noise to the bridge but, hearing no other sounds, he continued on his rounds.

Shortly afterwards, as he stood by the information kiosk, the ship started rolling violently. All the money from the kiosk, which provided change for the casino, fell to the floor. Linde hurried towards the foredeck, where he found passengers running up the stairs. There was water on the car deck, they were shouting.

The Estonia capsized and sank in 45 minutes, going to the bottom in 250 feet of water, 20 miles south of the coast of Fin- land, at 1.48am. The 852 deaths made it one of the worst maritime disasters of the 20th century; there were just 137 survivors.

The Swedish government at first promised to raise the wreck and to spare no cost in finding the cause of the disaster. But then it changed its mind, refusing all pleas from the bereaved relatives to bring the Estonia to the surface, even though it lay in shallow waters. The subsequent Estonia Agreement 1995 sought to prevent any exploration of the wreck, which lies in international waters. The agreement was signed by Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Denmark, Russia and, strangely, Britain, which has no obvious connection to the Baltic. One Briton, John Manning, died in the disaster; a second, Paul Barney of Pangbourne, Berkshire, survived after swimming to an upturned raft and clinging on in stormy seas until he was rescued.

In congressional testimony, Gottlieb, who died in 1999, acknowledged that the agency had administered LSD to as many as 40 unwitting subjects, including prison inmates and patrons of brothels set up and run by the agency [CIA]. At least one participant died when he jumped out of a 10th-floor window in a hotel; others claimed to have suffered serious psychological damage."

Dear friends,

The CIA has been involved in developing sophisticated mind control programs since the early 1950s. MKULTRA is the most infamous of these, yet thanks to a virtual media blackout on the subject, very few people are aware of any of these disturbing programs. In a rare recent article in the Washington Post (see below), a few of the many disturbing aspects of MKULTRA are discussed. The article is an obituary for John K. Vance, a member of the CIA inspector general's staff in the early 1960s who discovered that the CIA was secretly conducting illegal mind control activities in MKULTRA.

Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), government documents dealing with MKULTRA and other secret mind control programs are now available to the public. In 1973, tipped off about forthcoming congressional investigations, CIA Director Richard Helms ordered the destruction of all MKULTRA records. Fortunately, 20,000 pages <http://www.wanttoknow.info/mindcontrol10pg#ciadocs  worth of MKULTRA documents contained in the CIA's financial records were overlooked. Though only a small fraction of the original documentation, these surviving documents reveal highly disturbing operations in which unknowing citizens were subjected not only to LSD, but also to radiation, lethal biological agents, and even torture for reasons of "national security."

Before reading the Washington Post article below, here are a few sentences from an FOIA document written by the Inspector General of the CIA about MKULTRA . To read the original document online, click here .

"The concepts involved in manipulating behavior are found by many people both within and outside the Agency [CIA] to be distasteful and unethical. Nevertheless, there have been major accomplishments both in research and operational employment. Many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, and harassment substances. Some activities raise questions of legality implicit in the original charter. A final phase of the testing places the rights and interests of US citizens in jeopardy. [The MKULTRA program] has pursued a philosophy of minimum documentation in keeping with the high sensitivity of the projects. Some files contained little or no data at all. There are just two individuals who have full knowledge of the MKULTRA program, and most of that knowledge is unrecorded."

John K. Vance; Uncovered LSD Project at CIA

John K. Vance, 89, a member of the Central Intelligence Agency inspector general's staff in the early 1960s who discovered that the agency was running a research project that included administering LSD and other drugs to unwitting human subjects, died May 27 of respiratory arrest.

He died at the Wilson Health Care Center of Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg.

Code-named MKULTRA (and pronounced m-k-ultra), the project Mr. Vance uncovered was the brainchild of CIA Director Allen Dulles, who was intrigued by reports of mind-control techniques allegedly conducted by Soviet, Chinese and North Korean agents on U.S. prisoners of war during the Korean War. The CIA wanted to use similar techniques on its own POWs and perhaps use LSD or other mind-bending substances on foreign leaders, including Cuba's Fidel Castro a few years after the project got underway in 1953.

Do you demand answers? Do you demand what 'the government' is going to do about it? Do you pass the problem to someone else do deal with? What happens if that person you hand the solution to, is the person who created the problem in the first place? So forms the basis for the problem, reaction, solution method of controlling the people with the minimum of effort.

Imagine a scenario where a lone-gunman walks into a crowded shopping centre and guns down a number of innocent people. Terrible enough, but what if at a later time, some innocent school children in a quiet, peaceful school are the targets? The more outrageous and disgusting an event, the more people will demand something must be done; "Guns must be banned", "Something must be done now!".

Believe it or not, David Icke predicted just such a scenario in his 1994 book "The Robots' Rebellion", before we witnessed the terrible events at Dunblane.

Supposing someone, somewhere wanted the end 'solution' to be "to ban guns". Obviously, gun clubs, enthusiasts and legitimate people are going to complain, perhaps with the backing or at least, indifference, of the general public. After all "it doesn't affect us does it". You need to somehow manipulate the public to demand that you offer the solution. You need a public 'reaction', for which you need to stage a perceived 'problem'. The more horrific and unbelievable you can make it, the more the public will demand what you wanted to do in the first place.

 

The Council of Foreign Relations  dropped all pretense and proposed that the United States of America surrender to the ongoing invasion of the United States by Mexico. The plan to do this was crafted by Robert Pastor and Andres Rozental, half brother of Jorge Castaneda, former Foreign Minister of Mexico. "This report should remove any doubt that the Council of Foreign relations, and all those who are part of it, is a mortal enemy of the people of the United States of America," said Glenn Spencer of American Patrol.

June 7, 2005—Because of the near total blackout of this year's Bilderberg conference in the mass media, knowledge of what transpired behind the heavy guarded walls of Dorint Sofitel Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern, Bavaria, Munich, Germany, May 5–8 is limited to the readers of Internet publications willing to challenge the veracity of the US mainstream media and the corrupt Bush administration.

The discussions Bilderberg participants engaged in, and the consensus they reached, will influence the course of Western civilization and the future of the entire planet. This meeting took place behind closed doors in total secrecy, protected by a phalanx of armed assassins.

And speaking of human nature, power corrupts. It corrupts those who wield it. And it corrupts those who seek to influence those who wield it. Media have long been part of the world of elites. The free press is a myth when powerful people own it. Only when many small people own it will it be a truly free press, and will on our "right to know" be possible.

In the Orwellian world of modern day journalism, where a new form of political correctness frames their every utterance, the language is contracting. Because the goal of totalitarian thought control is to make the expression of political incorrectness impossible, words are used, not to make debating points, but to end all discussion.

In Bilderberg politics, life is compressed into a small number of people who spend a short period of time in a circle with a stunted radius.

Diana's father was Sir Charles Villiers, a merchant banker who would rise to become chairman of British Steel. Villiers had a powerful social conscience.
